Alicia Janesko Caftans and Resort Wear offers refunds for any item returned within 14 days of the delivery date. ALL items must be returned in sellable condition with tags intact and must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered. If you wish to return and item please contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund, no exceptions.
Once we have received your returned items, inspect and approve them, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. You will then receive an e-mail notification when the credit is issued. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date received in our headquarters for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Alicia Janesko Caftans and Resort Wear will only refund the cost of merchandise returned. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Please note, all sale items and sample sale merchandise is final sale and cannot not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns on custom caftans.
